  Very good at handling a recent service for me. My family had used this funeral home for the last 6 services. They were professional and dignified in terms of handling a delicate matter. And they were not pushy in terms of cost and were willing to wait for payment.

  I can't say enough great things about James Funeral Home. From Joe Yannucci the Manager to Carl and Patty (sorry I don't remember their last names) they have gone above and beyond. Helpful, caring, compassionate just to name a few things. My family has used James Funeral Home exclusively. They handled the funeral for my Father, Mother, Father in law (this was a hard one as he had a plot upstate NY and they drove him the 180 miles to his plot and actually did the leg work finding which cemetery for us as we never had the name, just the receipt for the plot), Brother in law and last my Sister. One year later from my sister's passing I called on them again to help carry out her last wishes. Absolutely no pressure as to how simple or elaborate a service we wanted. Have to say if you are in need of a Funeral Home, I highly recommend this one.

  This review is very overdue. My husband was waked there in August 2013. I had no idea what to expect as we prepaid the funeral long in advance. I had never been inside the funeral home or even spoken with any of the people.
  They were absolutely wonderful, from the moment we walked in until the entire service was done Joe and Patty went out of their way for my entire family, no pressure at all. Under very difficult circumstances they made things as easy as possible. Thank you from the entire Sinigaglia Family.

  Unfortunately, ARROGANCE is the word that best describes Frank's behavior during a difficult time for my family with the loss of my mother. His unsympathetic and money oriented focus was definitely in poor taste. My family had no previous experience with James Funeral Home and based on this experience, we will choose not to utilize their services in he future.
